Shipping policy

International Shipping and Customs Duties

Orders are shipped from Ticino (Switzerland). For orders sent to the European Union or
other non-Swiss countries, local VAT and any customs duties are not included in the price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These amounts will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

 

Shipping & Customs Information

• Shipping from Ticino (Switzerland)
  All orders are processed and shipped directly from my workshop in Ticino via Swiss Post.
  
• EU Customers (European Union)
  Since Switzerland is not part of the European Union, orders shipped to EU
  countries are treated as imports.
  
• VAT and Customs Duties:
  Local VAT and any customs clearance fees are not included in the purchase price. These charges will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
  
• Duty Exemptions
  For orders under €150, customs duties are generally not applied, but local VAT
  remains mandatory.
